JBL is a high-end audio brand that has been around since 1946.

Their primary products are loudspeakers and associated electronics, but they also make professional equipment for the studio, installed sound, tour sound, portable sound (production and DJ), and cinema markets.

I was art director for the JBL brand during a major brand guideline overhaul. All of the work shown here flowed out of that re-envisioning, including packaging, lifestyle and product photo shoots, ads, other marketing materials, and pitches which brought in multiple millions in new business, mainly through developing cross-branding with JBL, it’s sub-brands and automakers such as Smart and Toyota.
